Forged from selected high-carbon clad steel. Standard rigidity for manually crafted knives is HRC52. Repeated forging gives Butcher™ rigidity of unbelievable HRC60.
Even though butcher knives were originally designed to chop the meat of the bones and slice it, the Butcher™ has also proved ability to withstand tough outdoor uses such as cutting wood.
